JANSEN K. GINTING, S.H., M.H.
Jansen is an Advocate, Legal Consultant, Bankruptcy Receiver, and Administrator in Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU), and a Tax Attorney.
Jansen is the founder and Managing Partner of JKG Law Office. Jansen earned his Bachelor of Laws in 2006 from Andalas University in Padang. He then pursued postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law at Pelita Harapan University in Jakarta, earning a Master of Laws degree in 2022.
Jansen has been an Advocate since 2010 and became a Receiver and Administrator in 2016. During his tenure as an Advocate, Jansen has provided assistance in criminal law matters and represented clients in civil and State Administrative (TUN) cases. Jansen also has experience serving as an Administrator in PKPU and as a Receiver in Bankruptcy.

ELLYAS BENNY D. BANGUN, S.H., M.H., C.L.A
Benny is an Advocate, Legal Consultant, Bankruptcy Receiver, Administrator in Suspension of Debt Payment Obligation (PKPU), and Legal Auditor.
Benny is a Partner at JKG Law Office. Benny earned his bachelor's degree in 2016 from University Parahyangan at the Faculty of Law.
Thereafter, Benny continued his postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, University Pelita Harapan, and obtained his Master's degree in 2019. Benny also has a lot of experience in carrying out his profession as an Advocate/Legal Consultant both in court and outside court.
Benny is a Partner at JKG Law Office. Benny earned his bachelor's degree in 2016 from University Parahyangan at the Faculty of Law.
Thereafter, Benny continued his postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, University Pelita Harapan, and obtained his Master's degree in 2019. Benny also has a lot of experience in carrying out his profession as an Advocate/Legal Consultant both in court and outside court.
DANIAL ABDILLAH L. BAFAGIH, S.H.
Danial as an Advocate, Consultant of Law, and Associate. Danial earned his bachelor's degree in 2019 from University Trisakti Faculty of Law.
His working experience, he has represented numerous clients in bankruptcy proceedings, criminal proceedings, and civil court litigations. E.g.:
1. Acting as legal counsel for one of the biggest hospitality companies in Indonesia as a respondent in Bankruptcy Proceedings.
2. Assisting Partners as Receiver/Administrators appointed in bankruptcy proceedings and/or the process of Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations.
3. Acting for client in relations to civil lawsuit.
4. Acting for client in connection with the investigation and criminal proceeding.
His working experience, he has represented numerous clients in bankruptcy proceedings, criminal proceedings, and civil court litigations. E.g.:
1. Acting as legal counsel for one of the biggest hospitality companies in Indonesia as a respondent in Bankruptcy Proceedings.

DEWA AYU CITRA DWIJAYANTI, S.H.
Dewa Ayu Citra Dwijayanti is an Advocate and Legal Consultant and associate. She earned her bachelor's degree in 2019 from Universitas Trisakti Faculty of Law.
As a new member of JKG & Partners, she is currently assisting Partners appointed as Receiver/Administrator in bankruptcy proceedings and/or the process of Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations.

YUDA EKANTA PENCAWAN, S.H.
Yuda Ekanta Pencawan, affectionately known as Pela, is a Parakletos / Advocate / Legal Consultant.
Yuda earned his Bachelor of Law degree in 2014 from Darma Agung University, Medan, graduating Cum Laude.
As an advocate, Yuda has handled a wide range of legal cases — from assisting underprivileged individuals who have been legally oppressed, to representing public figures and managing business-related cases.
As a new member of JKG & Partners, Yuda is currently actively handling cases for insurance companies.
